Abstract: Workplace wellness programs have become increasingly popular in recent years as organizations strive to improve employee health and productivity. This essay analyzes the effectiveness of workplace wellness programs on employee health and productivity at the Master level. The essay explores various aspects of workplace wellness programs, including their impact on employee health and productivity, the different types of programs available, and the challenges that organizations face in implementing them. The essay also discusses the methodologies used to evaluate the effectiveness of workplace wellness programs and presents a comprehensive analysis of existing literature on this topic. Finally, the essay concludes with recommendations for organizations to implement or improve their workplace wellness programs.
