Copyright Infringement Claims

Any claims of copyright infringement should be informed to us by contacting us through one of the method specified on our contact page. The claim must be satisfying by documented evidence supporting the same version as being published or copyrighted or patented by the aggrieved party before the date of publication of the concerned research/article published on our website/journal. On receipt of the claim and if found deemed, we will inform the author to provide an explanation; the discussion of which shall be transparent to both parties. We reserves the rights to decide the validity of any such claims. After deliberation, if the claim is found justified, the concerned research/article will be removed from all pages, archives and servers managed by us. Any claims on copyright will be considered at highest priority and corrective actions will be taken.

• Before research paper is published or DOI is generated or printed publication certificate and research paper are posted, author can request for refund.
• The refund amount will be 50% of the corresponding fee of publication, DOI and print-&-mail.

Archiving in Case of Discontinuation of the Journal

We hope to serve forever to the research and academic community but if any unavoidable circumstances arise in future which leads us to shut down the journal, we want to make sure that the research published in the journal issues be available to the community. We are submitting the research articles to multiple online databases/libraries/repositories to let them accessible forever. Academia.edu and Index Copernicus are the mains where the published research papers will be available in case of discontinuation of the journal IJIRMPS.
