Abstract: This qualitative research study explores the impact of the " BEST Care" electronic health record system on decision-making processes within the rehabilitation department of a military hospital. Through in-depth interviews and observations, the study examines how the system influences clinical decision-making, communication efficiency, workflow optimization, and patient engagement. The findings reveal insights into the system's role in enhancing decision-making processes and improving patient care within the department.
