Abstract: Abstract— Over the twenty years, the trend towards stabilization of Industrial Labor has strengthened. A worker today is far more knowledgeable, urban in taste and outlook than his predecessor. A vast majority of worker in cities is committed to factory employment. In older industries, a second or even third generation of worker emerged.
