Abstract: Sleeping medications are often prescribed to individuals suffering from sleep disorders or insomnia to help them get better quality rest. However, the use of these medications can pose significant risks and dangers, including the potential for dependency, abuse, and adverse side effects. Psychologists at the Master level play a crucial role in the assessment, treatment, and management of individuals who are using sleeping medications.
