Abstract: This research investigates the impact of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on patient satisfaction and the quality of occupational therapy services at the National Guard Hospital in Riyadh. A mixed-methods approach was employed, comprising quantitative analysis of KPIs and patient satisfaction surveys, alongside qualitative insights from therapist interviews and patient focus groups. Findings reveal a strong correlation between specific KPIs – such as treatment effectiveness and patient feedback – and patient satisfaction scores, highlighting the vital role of KPIs in enhancing service delivery. The study underscores the importance of strategic KPI implementation, ongoing training, and patient-centered care in optimizing occupational therapy services.
