Abstract: Toxicology laboratories play a critical role in identifying and mitigating the impact of environmental toxins on public health and the ecosystem. These specialized facilities employ advanced analytical techniques to detect the presence and concentration of hazardous substances in various environmental media, such as air, water, soil, and food. This research paper explores the significance of toxicology laboratories in detecting environmental toxins, highlighting their methodologies, the types of pollutants they monitor, and their contribution to environmental protection and public safety. Toxicology is the study of the harmful effects of chemical, physical, or biological agents on living organisms, and toxicology laboratories are essential in understanding and addressing the threats posed by environmental contaminants.
