Abstract: Toxicology laboratories play a critical role in forensic investigations by analyzing biological samples to detect the presence of toxins and drugs. Despite their importance, these laboratories face numerous challenges that can impact the accuracy and reliability of their results. This paper explores toxicology laboratories' various challenges, including technical, procedural, and administrative difficulties. By examining current literature and presenting comparative data, this study aims to highlight areas needing improvement and propose solutions to enhance the efficacy of toxicological analyses in forensic contexts.
