Abstract: Medication errors continue to be a significant issue in healthcare, leading to adverse outcomes for patients and increased costs for healthcare systems. Informatics tools have been increasingly utilized in recent years to prevent medication errors and improve patient safety. This essay explores the use of informatics tools in preventing medication errors, including the methodology, results, and discussion of their effectiveness. The conclusion highlights the importance of continued research and implementation of informatics tools to enhance medication safety.
