Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology in healthcare, with significant potential to revolutionize gynecological practice. This comprehensive review examines AI's current applications and prospects in gynecology, focusing on imaging analysis, diagnostics, treatment planning, and personalized medicine. Through a systematic analysis of literature published up to 2021, this study investigates the efficacy, challenges, and ethical considerations of AI integration in gynecological care. The findings reveal promising advancements in AI-assisted diagnosis of gynecological cancers, prediction of obstetric complications, and optimization of fertility treatments. Additionally, the study highlights the potential of AI in enhancing clinical decision-making and improving patient outcomes. This research underscores the rapid evolution of AI in gynecology and its implications for clinical practice, patient care, and the future of women's health.
