Abstract: Oral health is often overlooked when considering overall health, but research has shown that there is a direct correlation between the two. This essay aims to explore the impact of oral health on overall health, focusing on the potential implications that poor oral health can have on various systemic diseases and conditions. Through an analysis of current literature and studies, this essay will discuss the link between oral health and overall health, provide recommendations for maintaining good oral health, and emphasize the importance of regular dental check-ups in preserving overall health.
