Abstract: Corporate culture significantly influences an organization's innovative capacity, shaping values, norms, and behaviours that drive creativity and change. This essay explores the pivotal role of corporate culture in fostering innovation within organizations. Seven key aspects are examined: values and beliefs, organizational norms, leadership influence, risk tolerance, employee engagement and empowerment, adaptability and flexibility, and recognition and rewards. Understanding and cultivating these aspects of corporate culture are essential for businesses seeking to thrive in today's competitive landscape.
