Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the impact of personalized nutrition counseling on weight loss outcomes, dietary adherence, and patient satisfaction in obese patients at a tertiary hospital. A total of 200 patients were enrolled, with 100 receiving personalized nutrition counseling and 100 receiving standard dietary advice. Over a 12-month period, patients in the personalized group achieved significantly greater weight loss (10.6 kg vs. 7.1 kg, p < 0.01) and higher dietary adherence (74% vs. 60%, p < 0.01) compared to the standard group. Patient satisfaction was also significantly higher in the personalized group across all domains (p < 0.01). These findings suggest that personalized nutrition counseling leads to improved weight loss outcomes, better adherence, and greater patient satisfaction, highlighting its potential as a key strategy in obesity management.
