It highlights the critical role of satellite-driven data and addresses the limitations of current methodologies in detecting crop conditions, stress factors, and predicting crop yield. The paper also explores opportunities for incorporating new technologies, such as hyperspectral imaging, synthetic aperture radar (SAR), and machine learning, into crop monitoring systems.
