Abstract: The integration of Autonomous Robotic Systems (ARS) into manufacturing supply chains is rapidly transforming traditional production and logistics operations. By leveraging advanced robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, ARS streamlines key supply chain functions, enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving product quality. This paper explores the impact of ARS on manufacturing supply chain optimization, with a focus on material handling, inventory management, quality control, and logistics. Additionally, case studies across various sectors—including automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and food production—demonstrate the effectiveness of ARS. The paper also examines the challenges and future trends related to the adoption of autonomous robotics in manufacturing, providing insights into the ongoing evolution of supply chain technologies.
