Abstract: Hyperlipidemia is a significant risk factor for cardiovascular disease, necessitating an integrative approach for effective management. This study evaluated the effectiveness of a multidisciplinary intervention involving pharmacotherapy, nutritional counseling, and ultrasound monitoring in managing hyperlipidemia in 150 adult patients at a tertiary hospital. Over a 12-month period, significant reductions in LDL-C, total cholesterol, triglycerides, BMI, and carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) were observed, along with an increase in HDL-C levels. The findings indicate that a collaborative care model involving pharmacists, clinical nutritionists, and sonographers can effectively improve lipid profiles, reduce cardiovascular risk, and enhance arterial health in patients with hyperlipidemia. This study supports the value of multidisciplinary approaches in chronic disease management.
