Abstract: GeoAI, the integration of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), is transforming telecommunications by enabling location-based insights for advanced network management. This paper explores the theoretical foundations of GeoAI, its applications in telecommunications, and the challenges it faces. Case studies highlight how GeoAI optimizes network deployment, improves maintenance, and enhances user experience. Detailed diagrams and tables illustrate the concepts and practical implementations. Finally, the paper discusses future prospects, including 5G network management and real-time analytics.
