Abstract: This study examines the integration of automated systems between healthcare management and laboratory services, focusing on their impact on patient care delivery and operational efficiency. The research investigates how interactive automation influences workflow optimization, reduces medical errors, and enhances patient experience. Through comprehensive analysis of implemented systems across multiple healthcare facilities, this study demonstrates that integrated automation solutions significantly improve communication between clinical departments, reduce turnaround times for laboratory results, and enhance patient satisfaction. The findings suggest that interactive automation is a crucial bridge between traditional healthcare management systems and modern laboratory services, ultimately contributing to a more streamlined and effective patient journey.
