Abstract: This research examines the crucial role of healthcare administration in minimizing documentation errors and optimizing nursing efficiency within healthcare facilities. The study employs descriptive methodology to analyze administrative interventions and their impact on error reduction and nursing performance. This research identifies key factors contributing to documentation accuracy and nursing productivity through a comprehensive analysis of administrative protocols, electronic health record (EHR) implementation strategies, and staff training programs. Findings indicate that strategic administrative involvement significantly reduces error rates and enhances nursing effectiveness, particularly in implementing standardized documentation protocols and providing ongoing staff education. The study highlights the importance of proactive administrative leadership in creating systematic approaches to documentation management and nursing support systems.
