Abstract: Digital transformation in healthcare has fundamentally altered the landscape of nursing practice and medical reporting. This research examines the effects of implementing digital solutions on nursing workflow efficiency and documentation accuracy across multiple healthcare facilities. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data from electronic health record (EHR) systems with qualitative feedback from nursing staff. Results indicate a significant improvement in reporting efficiency, with a 47% reduction in documentation time and a 68% decrease in reporting errors. However, the transition also presented challenges related to technology adoption and workflow adaptation. This paper explores these outcomes while providing insights into best practices for digital implementation in nursing environments.
