Abstract: The migration of SAP ECC to S/4HANA represents a critical milestone for organizations seeking to modernize their ERP landscape, improve system performance, and unlock advanced capabilities. This paper delves into the extensive testing efforts undertaken to ensure a seamless migration, emphasizing the pivotal role of automation in achieving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. From a Business Analyst and QA Lead perspective, the project involved building a comprehensive regression suite comprising 1,329 automated scripts using Worksoft Certify. Additionally, integration testing was conducted across interconnected systems, including Coupa, Ariba, UberFreight, and High Radius, to ensure end-to-end process integrity. This paper explores the challenges, strategies, and outcomes of the testing phase, providing insights for organizations embarking on similar transformation journeys.
