This paper presents a pragmatic and automated framework that integrates AI-driven anomaly detection, cost-aware governance, and intelligent observability pipelines to enhance cloud data operations. The proposed solution effectively reduces storage costs by 35%, decreases incident resolution time by 40%, and minimizes compliance violations by 80%, demonstrating its effectiveness in real-world enterprise environments. This research provides insights into the design, implementation, and scalability of cloud-native monitoring solutions, setting a benchmark for future cloud governance and optimization strategies.
