Abstract: The integration of medical training with adaptive learning platforms is changing medical students', professionals', and instructors' experiences with training materials. Analysis through AI helps in providing individualized training experiences through analysis of students' behavior, weaknesses, and strengths, and customizes training materials for recall of information and development of clinical competency. Real-time testing, personalized courses for studying, and predictive analysis make effective and efficient learning through such platforms a reality. In this article, a review of AI-facilitated adaptive learning platforms' role, impact, methodologies, challenges, and future trends in medical training is presented, offering an outlook for reimagining traditional medical training through flexible and student-responsive methodologies.
