Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) and big data have fundamentally transformed supply chain management by enabling real-time decision-making, predictive analytics, and process automation. This paper explores the strategic role of AI and big data in supply chain optimization, focusing on key areas such as demand forecasting, inventory management, logistics optimization, and supplier relationship management. The paper reviews recent developments in AI and machine learning (ML) models, highlights case studies from leading companies, and outlines future opportunities for enhancing supply chain performance through data-driven strategies.
