Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized the marketing sector by enhancing predictive analytics. AI-based techniques allow businesses to forecast consumer behavior, optimize marketing strategies, and deliver personalized customer experiences. This paper discusses the role of AI in predictive marketing analytics, its applications, and the benefits it brings to organizations in terms of efficiency, targeting accuracy, and return on investment. The paper also highlights challenges and the future trajectory of AI in marketing analytics.
